Ringing in the new year is a different experience with children than it was without. I admit I miss the parties of a single person, but it was fun to see the wonder in the boys eyes when they experienced the noise of midnight.
Logan asked if he could "just take a short nap"
Waking him up at midnight was nearly impossible, but he would have been so upset had we let him sleep through it. Braden on the other hand, our little night owl, had no problem staying awake!
