Pretty pathetic! This is our pre-lit tree we bought about 5 years ago. I hate to have to buy a new tree because, other than the lights, this one is still in good shape. This year I added lights but it looked pretty dumb having a bunch of dead bulbs. The light strands are pretty well attached to the tree, so removing them would be no small task. I guess now is the best time to buy a tree, but a Christmas tree seems quite low I my priority list of purchases right now! Maybe I'll go for a real one next year!
