Yikes! The dumb flat roof is finally giving in. Luckily it's just in the sunroom which was an add on. Hopefully the water damage is secluded to that space. We'll find out when we tear into it. Maybe this is a good opportunity to put a decent roof on the house. Strange thing is, the guy who lived here before us recently re-roofed the house. The stranger thing is he was in the roofing business!
