I love to take photos of my food when we go to a fancy restaurant! They are usually a work of art! Below is my watermelon salad appetizer. I wish I could tell you all the flavors that were in it, but I couldn't figure them all out! The red squares were pressed pieces of watermelon with some sort of a candied crust. The white in the middle is a soft cheese. Not sure what herbs the greens were, but they sure were yummy! There was a balsamic vinaigrette dressing drizzled around the plate that complimented the watermelon perfectly! So yummy, my mouth is watering while I type!!
Below is a peppered filet minion with a apricot chutney served over a bed of mashed potatoes and spinach. Again, so yummy!
